Choose a job and create a plan

  • This is your "To Do List" for the job.
  • Most people use a saved template (a saved list of activities) and just apply it to the job.
  • You can have as many templates for different types of jobs as you wish.
  • Just use the template as-is or modify it as needed, adding or deleting activities, etc.

Schedule activities

  • Put your "To Do" items into action.
  • Keep some activities in the "Planned Activity" list for later scheduling.
  • Schedule activities whenever you want them to be available to the schedule board.
  • Assign one activity several times if needed, such as "install tops."

Assign activities to resources

  • When you are ready, just drag the activity onto the schedule grid, create an activity bar and assign it to a crew, an individual or some other resource.
  • You can move, resize or modify an activity bar at any time.
